Since jl3 launched its official mobile app, the response from Malaysian users has been overwhelmingly positive. Many who previously accessed the platform via a web browser have switched to the app for its clear advantages in speed, convenience, and overall user experience.
Compared to using a regular web browser, the jl3 app delivers a smoother and more responsive experience. This includes faster page load times, easier one-tap navigation, and better integration with your device's notification system — so you never miss an exciting promotion or a big win.
For sports betting fans, the jl3 app offers a major advantage — you can follow live match developments and place bets in real time without switching between tabs or other apps. Betting markets for football, badminton, basketball, tennis, and many other popular sports are all available within one integrated platform.
For slots and Live Casino players, the jl3 app automatically optimises graphic resolution to match your device's screen size. Whether you're using a 5-inch phone or a 10-inch tablet, game visuals always look sharp and stunning without any manual adjustment required.
Jl3 also features automatic session saving. If your internet connection drops while you're playing, the jl3 app will save your game state and resume from exactly where you left off once the connection is restored. This is especially useful for users who frequently switch between WiFi and mobile data.
On the security front, the jl3 app supports biometric authentication — meaning you can log in using your device's fingerprint or facial recognition. This is not only more secure than a password, but also much faster and more convenient, especially when you need quick access to your account.
Another feature users frequently praise is the "Uninterrupted Gaming" mode in the jl3 app. When activated, notifications from other apps are temporarily blocked to ensure your gaming session is never disrupted. You can set a custom duration for this feature based on your own preference.
The jl3 app also features a personalised dashboard showing a summary of your activity — including your current account balance, recent transaction history, active bonuses, and your VIP programme progress. All this key information is neatly organised on a single page that's easy to read at a glance.
