1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account on jl3, making a deposit, using any gaming service, or accessing our platform via website or mobile app, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply together with jl3's Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are considered part of the overall agreement between you and the jl3 platform. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

Jl3 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not apply retroactively to transactions completed before the effective date of the change.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the jl3 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not prohibited by any local laws from participating in online gambling activities.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not declared of unsound mind or under court guardianship.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Never had an account terminated at jl3 previously for reasons related to fraud or terms violations.

3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one account only at jl3. Registering multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, email address, and valid banking details. jl3 carries out a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify member identity before the first withdrawal is processed.

• The full name on your account must match the name on a valid identification document.
• The registered bank account number must be under the same member's name.
• Any changes to personal information must be reported to jl3 customer support immediately.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account password.
• Jl3 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the member's own negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Jl3 supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods including online bank transfers, e-wallets and other instant payment methods available on the platform. All deposits are credited to your account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit limit is set at RM 30 per transaction.
• No maximum daily deposit limit is set, subject to limits imposed by your chosen payment method.
• Deposits must be made using a bank account registered in your own name.
• Jl3 does not accept cash deposits or third-party transfers.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed and credited to your bank account within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• The recipient bank account must be in the same name as your jl3 account.
• Jl3 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review or identity verification purposes if required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by jl3 are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions that are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. Members are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new member.
• The wagering requirements (rollover) for each bonus are stated in the promotion details — typically between 5x and 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Using more than one account to claim the same promotion will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in account termination and forfeiture of the balance.

6 Game Rules

All games available at jl3 are operated by a random number generator (RNG) certified by independent third parties to ensure fairness in every round. Game results are final and non-appealable unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical error.

• In the event of a technical interruption during gameplay, the round will be considered void and your bet will be fully refunded.
• Jl3 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet disruptions on the user's end.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tool that manipulates game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game can be checked in the respective game information within the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jl3 platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity during registration.
• Using a credit card, bank account, or payment method that does not belong to you.
• Transferring funds between jl3 member accounts for the purpose of money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors in the system to gain unauthorized advantages.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer games.
• Using any software, scripts, or automation tools to interfere with platform operations.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Your data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• When required by law or a valid court order.

9 Account Termination and Suspension

Jl3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account immediately and without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Information provided during registration was found to be false or inaccurate.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting jl3 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from legitimate game outcomes determined by certified RNG.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by legitimate security verification requirements.

Jl3's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the date the relevant claim arose.
